PP MELT BLOWN CARTRIDGE Our PP melt blown cartridge is a real depth filters made by 100% pure Polypropylene resin, which meet the requirement of the FDA Title 21, the fiber are self-bonded and formed a 3D pore structure and density of micro-fiber can be varying more and more loose from inner to outer of the filter, in order to filtrate different diameter of dust in different layer. We have three kinds of PP filer including Pure-Clean type, Best-Clean type and P-clean to meet different customer's purpose. The Pure-Clean type depth filter cartridge is designed and developed for RO system and any other water filter system for residential customer, which is made by thin micro-fiber from 1 Dan to 5 Dan from inside layer and outside layer, in order to supply stable efficiency rate to remove particle in the tap water. The Best-Clean depth filter cartridge is two-layers structure cartridge with fine fibers in inner layer and coarse fiber in outer layer, this design has high contaminant holding capacity. Therefore, the filter will have a longer service life and lower pressure drop. The S-clean type depth filter cartridge is designed and developed to replace the Peach filter, Pall Coreless filter, Pentair RFC and other special products, as which have special size in ID of 80mm, 95mm, 115mm, substantially reduce operating costs.
